Hi!

Thanks for checking out doula mama echo. My name is Echo (yes, my real name!). And I am training to be a doula with Birth Arts International in Jefferson Co, WV, Loudoun Co, VA, Frederick Co, MD, Washington Co, MD and Montgomery Co, MD! I am 27 years old. I’m married to a wonderful man, Jeremy, who I met on the internet (yep, it happens!) I have four creative kids: Riley, age 9, Harrison, age 7, and Maddox, age 3 and Dixon who is one. After my second birth, I really started dedicating myself to learn about birth, which encouraged me to have a wonderful birth experience with my last. I’m a lactivist who can barely lactate (I have insufficient glandular tissue) so I’m an experienced formula and milk donor feeder, too. I am a hospital birther who is a big believer in birthing where you feel most comfortable, whether that is in a hospital, at home, in a tub, or in a tree. I love to babywear, I rock my boba almost wherever I go. I also am experienced with cloth diapering.

I love to drink tea and sit with my legs criss cross. I love to laugh with my friends until I can’t stand. I love Jesus and singing. I’m eager to create and experience. I’m obsessed with taking pictures. I consider myself a rockahippie… I love all things retro, but have a crunchy side.
